Mr. Chip Wagar

Chip Wagar obtained his law degree from Tulane University and has represented victims of medical malpractice in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas for many years. He has been an advocate for legal reform of Louisiana’s Medical Malpractice Act in the Louisiana Legislature on behalf of victims of malpractice. He has an active law practice in Mandeville, Louisiana with a focus on medical malpractice. As such, he is keenly aware of the deficiencies, flaws and inequity of the present medical malpractice system and seeks to change it for the better.
